Your project stays on this device

Everything your app needs on launch day

Fill in one short form with your app’s name, logo and colours. You get every favicon and app icon, a web manifest, a share image, the tags for your page head, robots.txt, a sitemap, llms.txt, security.txt, a privacy policy and terms, and the App Store and Google Play images. Then check the live site before you tell anyone.

Your appSaved on this device

Switch off anything you don’t need and it stays out of the download. Ctrl S saves the project as a file, and in a preview ← → move between files.

How it works

Type your app’s name and a one-line description, add a logo or let it make a letter mark, and pick your colours. Every file in the kit updates as you type, so you can see the favicon in a browser tab, the icon on a home screen and the card people see when your link is shared. Switch off anything you don’t need, then download one file at a time or the whole kit as a single zip.

Your project is saved in this browser as you work. Save it as a file to move it to another computer or keep a copy, and open it again any time.

What’s in the kit

  • icons/ favicon.ico with 16, 32 and 48 px inside, PNG favicons, the 180 px Apple touch icon, 192 and 512 px install icons and a maskable icon for Android.
  • web/ site.webmanifest, a 1200 × 630 share image and head.html with the title, description, Open Graph, X card, icon and manifest tags.
  • seo/ robots.txt, a starter sitemap.xml, llms.txt and security.txt.
  • legal/ a privacy policy and terms of use as a ready web page and as Markdown.
  • store/ the 1024 px App Store icon, the 512 px Google Play icon and the 1024 × 500 Play feature graphic.

The zip includes a README that says what each file is for and where it goes.

About the privacy policy and terms

They are written from your answers under What it collects, in plain English, and cover the usual sections for the services you tick, with extra sections for the EU and UK, California and children when they apply. They are a starting point, not legal advice. Read them, change anything that doesn’t match what your app really does, and have them checked against the laws that apply to you before you rely on them.

The launch check

Once the site is live, the Launch check tab runs the same scan as the pre-launch scan against your address and shows a pass, check or fail for each item, with the fix. Where a fix is a file from your kit, it opens that file for you. The checklist below it covers what a scanner can’t see, and adjusts to whether you’re launching a website, an app or both.

Store images

The App Store icon and the Play feature graphic are saved without transparency, which both stores ask for. Apple rounds the icon’s corners and Google adds its own shape and shadow, so the files stay square. Screenshots still need to come from your app on each device size the stores list.

Privacy

The form, your logo and every file are made in your browser and stay on this device. The only time anything leaves it is when you press Scan site, and then only your website address is sent so the scanner can fetch your public pages.

Questions

What size should my logo be?

Square and at least 512 px, or an SVG. A transparent background lets the icon background colour show through. Very wide logos still work, but a square mark reads better at 16 px.

Do I need llms.txt and security.txt?

Neither is required. llms.txt gives AI assistants a short, clean summary of your site, and security.txt gives security researchers a way to reach you instead of guessing. Both are small and free to add.

Can I change the files after downloading?

Yes. They are ordinary files. The text files open in any editor, and you can come back here, change the form and download again.

Start a new project?

This clears the form on this device. Save the project as a file first if you want to come back to it.
