Privacy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Short version: our tools run in your browser, your files are not uploaded, and we do not use cookies to track you.

Your files stay with you

The kittybin tools do their work inside your browser. When you convert an image, merge a PDF or make a QR code, the file is processed on your own device and is not sent to our servers. Close the tab and it is gone.

What we count

We count page views so we know which tools are useful. This uses privacy-friendly analytics that set no cookies and do not build a profile of you. We see totals such as how many times a page was visited, the referring site and the rough country, not who you are.

What we do not do

Hosting

The site is served by a hosting and network provider that keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for a short time to deliver pages and protect the service from abuse.

Your theme choice

If you switch between light and dark, your browser remembers that choice in local storage on your device. It never leaves your browser.

Email

If you write to us, we use your email only to reply. We keep the conversation as long as it is needed to help you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
