How it works
Add your PDFs and images, either all at once or a few at a time. Every page appears in one grid in the order it will be exported, with a coloured strip that shows which file it came from. Drag pages to reorder them, even between files, and select several to move, turn, copy or delete them together. Pictures become pages of their own, so a scanned receipt or a phone photo can sit right next to a contract.
Every change can be undone with Ctrl Z, and nothing is written until you press Export. Your original files are never changed.
Signing and filling in forms
Choose Signature or Initials, then draw with a mouse, finger or stylus, or type your name and pick a style. Drag it into place on the page, resize it from the corner, and place it on one page, the selected pages or every page at once.
If a PDF has fillable fields, they are listed under Fill in form fields so you can type answers, tick boxes and pick options. Flatten the fields when you want the answers fixed into the page.
Splitting, numbering and watermarks
Export everything as one PDF, one PDF per original file, a new PDF every few pages, or only the pages you have selected. When there is more than one file, they arrive together in a single zip. Page numbers and a text watermark are added at export, counting the pages in their new order.
Making the file smaller
Standard compression rebuilds the PDF cleanly and leaves out anything the pages no longer use, while text stays sharp and searchable. Smaller turns every page into a compressed picture at the quality and resolution you choose, which can shrink scans and photo-heavy files a lot, but the text can no longer be selected or searched. The before and after sizes are shown once the export is done.
Keyboard shortcuts
- ← → ↑ ↓ move between pages, and with Shift they extend the selection
- Alt with an arrow key moves the selected pages
- Space selects or deselects the current page, Ctrl A selects all and Esc clears the selection
- R turns pages right, Shift R turns them left, and Delete removes them
- Ctrl Z undoes, Ctrl Shift Z or Ctrl Y redoes
Privacy
Everything happens in your browser. Your files, signatures and form answers never leave this device and are not stored anywhere, so they are gone when you close the page.
Questions
Can I open a password-protected PDF?
Yes, if it is yours and you know the password. You will be asked for it when the file opens, and the exported copy has no password. To lock the finished file again, use Protect PDF.
How many pages can it handle?
Hundreds. Thumbnails are drawn as you scroll, so long documents stay quick to work with. Very large exports take longer on slower phones, and you can cancel at any time.
Can I edit the text inside a page?
No. This workspace arranges, signs, fills, numbers and compresses pages, but it does not change the words already printed on them.
