Every style updates as you type, and each has its own Copy button.

How it works

These are not fonts. Unicode, the standard every device uses for text, includes whole alphabets of letter-like symbols that were added for mathematics, such as bold, italic, script, fraktur and double-struck letters, plus circled, squared and fullwidth forms. The generator swaps each letter and digit for its matching symbol, so the style travels with the text wherever you paste it. Characters a style has no symbol for, such as accented letters or emoji, are kept as they are.

A few letters live in an older block of Unicode, so script e, g and o, italic h and the fraktur and double-struck capitals like C, H and R use those older symbols. The result looks the same, and nothing ends up as an empty box.

Use it with care

Screen readers often read these symbols one by one as mathematical characters, or skip them, and search engines and in-app search may not match them to normal words. Keep important information, such as your name, a product or a link, in plain text, and use fancy letters for decoration rather than whole sentences. Some older phones and apps may show a few symbols as boxes.

Where it works

Most social profiles, captions, comments, chat apps and document editors accept these characters. Underline, strikethrough and slashed styles add a combining mark after each character, so they can look slightly different from app to app. Upside down text is also reversed, so it reads correctly when the screen is turned over.

Private by design

The conversion happens on this page in your browser. What you type is not sent anywhere.
